Log in to the application:
  • Click on User Profile from the drop down on the right hand side
  • Click Remove Me button under the user profile
Alternatively email support@cloudga.net and ask for removal. The email must come from the account to be removed.
 
NOTE:
This is a one time process and cannot be undone. The Sign-in credentials are removed and any personal data is also removed. However legislation determines that for flight logs have to retain the Pilot in Command for 12 Months. There is an automatic process that then removes the users first name and last name from the system after 12 Months. email address and login credentials are removed at the point you accept the removal.

The price for the subscription is per club/group. The subscription can be paid yearly (discount is applied) or monthly, and may be cancelled at any time, but will be run until the next renewal.  

The Basic Plan is free, this allows you to add aircraft and have unlimited members. The calendar functionality allows members to book the aircraft.
 
 

The application is not intended to be used as accounting software. It will generate “bills” based on charges for the members, with no tax calculations and the associated rates for each aircraft. The calculation can be based on either Tach/Hobbs readings or blocks/flight time for each aircraft. Members can claim back fuel uplifts when entered in the flight details, these will appear as credits during the calculations.
 
For more features, the app integrates with Stripe, that can automatically calculate Tax with the country of origin, collect payments via using Stripe collection process

You can use any of the following account types to create a user in the CloudGA App:
  • Apple
  • Microsoft
  • Google
NOTE: When using an Apple ID and the user has enabled Private Relay, Invitations and Emails sent from the system will fail unless the user selects "Share Email" during the user creation process.

What happens if i can't verify my account:

We use a third party to send our emails from the application, it is possible that you email provider will block this as it may be seen as unreputable.

If this happens to you. Please send an email to support@cloudga.net with the email that you have used to log in with.

The application provides entry and retrieval of flight logs and defects, this ensure compliance of the following:

Part 21: NCO. GEN.150

In addition to Logs, the iOS and Android apps have offline capability and store all logs and all required documentation for flight locally on the device, therefore not requiring internet access to provide the required documentation.

FAA compliance is achieved through AC 120-76 and AC 91-78A for Part 91 operations only under 14 CFR 91.9 (Use of Electronic Flight Bags)

Yes all paid subscriptions include a 30 day trial

You can upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelled the plan will return to a “Basic” subscription.
